Shipping Policies

Shipping Time
Orders are processed from our warehouses in Los Angeles California-- depending
on proximity and availability--most orders are shipped within 3 to 7 business days of being placed. We will notify you within 24 hours if items you ordered are out-of-stock.

Shipping Method:

In the United States: UPS, DHL, UCL are frequently used by Sophia's Fashion. We will also work with any other shipping company as requested by the customer. However, once you have selected a certain shipping company, Sophia's Fashion is not responsible for any problem associated with the shipping company.

International Shipping: we ship via requested shipping company only.

Shipping cost: buyer is responsible for all shipping cost. If merchandised is canceled or returned for any reason buyer is also responsible for all return shipping charges.

Lost shipment: If order is lost or damaged during shipment it is the buyer’s responsibility.

Delivery of shipment to shipping company: If the shipping company you have selected can not pick up merchandise at our store or warehouse, we will deliver the merchandise to anywhere within 2 miles radius of our store. If the distance is further, it is the buyer’s responsibility to make arrangements.

Returns

Damaged Merchandise: If merchandise is received damaged, contact us within 5 days of receiving your shipment for a return authorization number, and we will replace the merchandise for you or give you an in house store credit to be used towards future purchases from Sophia's Fashion. All returns must have a return authorization number given by Sophia's Fashion. Damaged merchandise must reach our warehouse in 10 business days from the return authorization date. No refund: All sales are final. There is a 20% restocking fee on cancelled orders and returned COD's. Colors of the clothing may appear slightly different according to individual settings on your computer. Sophia's Fashion. will not issue refund for clothing that may appear a shade different on your monitor. If you have a question, ask before you buy as the shipping charges are NOT refundable. Exchange Policy - We will be happy to exchange any item if it is defective (see Damaged Merchandise). Other exchanges require a 20%
